Sr Project Manager to lead and engage with internal/external stakeholders on a large complaint form project

Our valued public sector client requires a Senior Project Manager to lead and engage with internal/external stakeholders on a large complaint form project.

Must haves:

• Experience in the federal government
• Extensive experience working with 6+ more internal and external stakeholders
• Prior experience working for ESDC
• Reliability Status clearance

Tasks Include but are not limited to:

• Recommending, planning and coordinating project management activities as defined by the project management plan
• Providing planning and implementation support for direction from senior management and steering committees including logistical support and facilitation of meetings or workshops to obtain required information and agreement
• Providing guidance and support to the project team to consistently implement and execute the project hybrid-agile approach, including the level of effort estimation model.
• Providing timely and accurate executive reporting, including progress of the projects, on an ongoing basis and at scheduled points in the project life cycle using the departmental Project Management Information Solution (PMIS)
• Implementing the departmental project executive dashboard and providing the dashboard report monthly to IMP as per departmental requirements
• Coaching, mentoring, and directing staff/project stakeholders in industry project management processes and practices (as defined by the Project Portfolio Management Process)
• Producing draft plans and/or sections for incorporation into the project management plans and charters, if and as required
