Our client is seeking a SR Quality Automation Engineer with Manual testing for a integration project

Estimated Start Date: September 3, 2024

Estimated End Date: March 31, 2025

Work Location: Remote (Preference for Calgary or Edmonton)

Must-Have Skills:

• 4+ years as a QA Engineer
• Automated testing.
• Manual testing
• Testing integrations with Restful web services, websockets pub/sub, and batch integrations.
• Hands on experience with Selenium and Playwright.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Finance experience
• Edmonton or Calgary location
• Experience with Python and Pytest.
• Familiarity with Appium.

Responsibilities:

• Testing integrations including Restful web services, websockets pub/sub, batch integrations, and possibly SSIS.
• Performing automated testing and manual testing
• Utilizing tools such as Selenium and Playwright for automation testing.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for various applications.
• Perform manual testing to ensure the quality of software releases.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand application requirements and workflows.
• Identify, document, and track bugs to resolution.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of integrations, including Restful web services, websockets, and batch processes.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software testing
