Introduction:We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Consultant to take on the role - BTP Lead. This role requires a blend of thought leadership and hands-on technical expertise in SAP BTP, aimed at driving innovative solutions and optimizing our enterprise technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide thought leadership on SAP BTP, guiding strategic decisions and project implementations.
- Develop and implement solutions using SAP BTP, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical requirements.
- Lead the design and development of applications using ABAP for RAP, Node.js or Java for CAP, and front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Manage BTP-related projects within a DevOps or Agile environment, promoting continuous improvement and rapid iteration.
- Ensure integration of SAP BTP solutions with existing systems using RESTful APIs, OData Services, and HTTP/HTTPS protocols.
- Oversee the administration of SAP BTP environments, enhancing system efficiency and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and functionality of BTP applications.
- SAP BTP technical capabilities
- Experience with Kyma, Cloud Foundry
- ABAP for RAP
- Node.js or Java for CAP
- Front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Clean core principles
- SAP UI5 and/or Fiori Elements
- DevOps and Agile methodologies
- RESTful APIs, OData Services, and HTTP/HTTPS protocols
- Application routers
- Security using XSUAA
