Our Financial Services Client is in need of a Sr. AI Technical Lead specializing in Contact Center optimizations
The Role
Our Financial Services client is enhancing and optimizing their Contact Center practice including initiatives focused on: data efficiency, Salesforce integration/optimization, and AI tool implementation.
Must Have:
- 2+ years experience as a Technical Lead
- Driving deliverables, leading and mentoring teams
- Microservices architecture
- 7+ years experience as a software engineer Java (Spring Boot) in an agile environment
- REST concepts, XML and JSON data formats
- Test Driven Development (TDD), Unit Testing Frameworks, GIT
- Continuous Delivery, JIRA/Confluence
- 2+ years experience with Contact Centre tech, and AI
Nice to Haves:
- Development of cloud native apps
- Experience with "The twelve-factor app" methodology
- Banking or Financial Services experience
