Description
Key Skills and Experience:
- 5 years’ designing and building simulators for Telco Retail Sales Flows for current POS Plus projects
- 5 years’ experience resolving POS application & server issues (Global store & Store Center)
- 5+ years’ creating application patches and upgrades
- 5+ years’ setting up POS machines in lab environments for end-end testing.
The successful candidate will:
- Participate on projects where new Applications will be integrated and tested in lab environments prior to launch.
- Interface between IT, TD, OPS and other DNSS groups involved in the program/launch
- Have critical knowledge of Corporate store receipts, electronic journal and general Financing options as applicable to POS transactions
