Sr. Collaboration Specialist to coordinate deployment of Cisco Room technology and administer/support collaboration systems (MS Teams / Cisco)

Our large energy client is seeking a Sr. Collaboration Specialist to coordinate deployment of Cisco Room technology and administer/support collaboration systems (MS Teams / Cisco) to start on a 1 year contract with long-term extension opportunities.

Location: 5 days/week in office downtown Calgary

Key Role Accountabilities:

• 50 % - Technical: Administer, support and maintain Microsoft Teams environment (with some design) and its’ integrations
• 50 % - Coordination: Support deployment of Cisco Room technology for Microsoft Teams and WebEx. Contribute to the planning, execution and delivery of projects, ensuring they deliver required capabilities. Coordinate with other support teams and vendors on incident, problem, change and release management

Must-Have:

• 10+ years of technology industry experience
• 5+ years administering Microsoft Teams, communication, productivity, cloud infrastructure and cloud backup services
• At least one recent experience coordinating projects (coordinating delivery/deployment/supporting a project manager)
• Experience with Microsoft 365 security policies, Entra AD and Active Directory services
• Experience with queries and scripting on both on-prem and Azure Cloud using powershell
• Experience setting up third party backup solutions for M365
• Knowledge of the ITIL framework

Nice-to-Have

• Technical experience with Cisco Room Kits, Cisco WebEx, Jabber and Telus TC2
• Microsoft Certification in Microsoft 365, Administrator, Identity and Access Management Administrator, Exchange Online, and Teams
• Detailed experience working on large enterprise migration projects (5000+ users)
