Our client is looking for a Sr. Organizational Change Management Consultant Lead to support a new WORKDAY ERP system implementation, switch from a legacy on premise system to a cloud based hybrid.
Project Overview:
Must Have's:
- 8+ years experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM)
- Experience with Workday
- Experience with ERP / HRIS implementation projects
- Certification: Prosci, PMP, CSM
- Minimum 2 days/week onsite preferred
