Our client is looking for a Sr. Organizational Change Management Consultant Lead to support CRM project where the client is developing an inhouse membership system. [Edmonton, Immediate Start]
Project Overview:
Our client is developing an in-house membership system which will connect all lines of business and be a single membership system.
Must Have's:
- 8+ years experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM)
- Experience with CRM's, Membership systems, or sales driven systems and platforms that leverage customer data to deliver a better experience
- Certification: prosci, pmp, csm
- Minimum 2 days/week onsite preferred
