Our client is looking for a Sr. Project Coordinator to support IT Infrastructure projects on construction and renovation projects in the Healthcare Industry.

Overview:

Support the coordination of the IMIT requirements to meet the needs of the partners and users coordination of the IT infrastructure and technical requirements on construction and renovation projects, in alignment with provincial standards.

Must Have's:

• 5+ years of proven experience in project coordination
• 3+ years previous experience supporting IT infrastructure in renovation and construction projects;
• Previous experience in Healthcare IT
• Experience with Project Scheduling
• Experience with Project budgets

Nice to Have's:

• Possesses a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered;
• Possesses advanced communication skills and has proven their capability to translate complex technical solutions into business focused language; and

• Project budget planning and tracking
• Project scheduling
• On-site project coordination
• Project documentation
• Equipment and procurement planning
• Meeting coordination, agendas and minutes
