Our client is looking for a Sr. SAP Identity Analyst to managing and maintaining user identities and access controls, and enhancing and securing access to SAP systems in the Financial Industry.

Overview:

The SAP Identity Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining user identities and access controls within the SAP ecosystem. This role involves SAP role development, configuring and supporting identity and access management (IAM) solutions to ensure secure and compliant access to SAP applications and data.

The SAP Identity Analyst will work on a variety of projects focused on enhancing and securing access to SAP systems. They will be a part of initiatives to enforce role-based access controls (RBAC), ensuring users have the correct access levels while maintaining compliance with security policies. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating on audit readiness projects, supporting regulatory compliance efforts, and improving workflows to streamline user access management

Must Have's:

• 5+ years of experience as a Security Analyst
• Expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining SAP roles and authorizations
• Experience with IAM solutions for managing SAP user identities, including SAP Identity Management (IDM) or other identity governance tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve access-related issues
• Proficiency in using SAP transaction codes (T-codes), SQL, or JQL for data analysis and reporting
• Ability to troubleshoot access issues and manage user provisioning and deprovisioning in SAP systems
• Experience with role-based access controls (RBAC)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with various stakeholders, including IT teams, business users, and security personnel, to implement and enforce security policies, manage user provisioning and deprovisioning, and oversee role-based access controls
• Enhancing security, streamlining user management processes, and supporting audit and compliance initiatives related to SAP systems.
• Ensure that the right individuals have the appropriate access levels while safeguarding against unauthorized access and potential data breaches
