Our client is seeking a Sr Technical Product Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of medium-sized projects focused on client authentication, digital identity platforms, and security. (Req 2025-1)

• Responsible for leading a team of security developers and infrastructure analysts in advancing client authentication and digital identity platforms.
• Oversee the planning and execution of security-focused IT projects and programs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including delivery squads, technical leaders, and business units.
• Monitor, report, and ensure the delivery of annual business objectives and program milestones.
• Set strategic initiatives, product roadmaps, and continuous innovation for closely related products or large-scale programs.
• Mentor junior product managers and serve as the go-to resource for program-level topics.

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or management.
• Expertise in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and authentication technologies such as OAuth, OIDC, SAML.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical and business processes and demonstrate the value of ongoing work to stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including story mapping, writing, and grooming.

• Familiarity with Digital Identity Platforms and systems.
• Working knowledge of product management best practices and frameworks, Agile, Design Thinking, and Lean methodologies.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Cybersecurity, Risk, and Data & AI.
