Your role:

  • Client solicitation and sales (Developing new client relationships)
  • Appropriately documenting all client interactions
  • Contributing to client satisfaction and retention
  • Providing basic client assistance
  • Advising/recommending current and potential clients based on their needs
  • Introducing new products
  • Issuing credits when applicable
  • Occasionally attending agricultural fairs or other promotional activities
  • Providing regular sales activity reports to management

Requested skills

What is required : 

- Significant experience in the agricultural or sales sector.

- A higher education degree in agriculture or sales (an asset).

- Basic knowledge of accounting.

- Computer knowledge, experience with customer relationship management programs and ability to learn new software.

- Writing skills

- Self-control

- Listening / empathy.

- Rigour and organisation.

- Charisma and leadership skills.

- Ability to negotiate and work under pressure;

- Strong customer service and organizational skills;
