Role objective
We are looking for a bilingual, structured and dynamic Logistics, Order Processing and Customer Service Coordinator. You will be responsible for managing orders, coordinating transport, customer service and optimizing logistics and production processes.

Responsibilities
1. Order management and customer service
- Receive, process and follow up customer orders.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams (sales, production, warehouse).
- Manage order modifications, priorities and emergencies.
- Provide quality customer service in French and English.

2. Logistics and transport
- Plan and coordinate shipments in collaboration with carriers.
- Organize deliveries according to production constraints and customer deadlines.
- Manage logistics documentation (purchase orders, invoices, packing slips).
- Ensure compliance with transport safety and compliance standards.

3. Production planning and operational follow-up
- Work with the production team to ensure manufacturing deadlines are met.
- Optimize inventory management and anticipate raw material requirements.
- Identify and resolve supply chain issues.

4. Optimization and project management
- Participate in the optimization of logistics processes through Industry 4.0.
- Update and improve inventory management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing systems and tools.

Profile required
- Degree in logistics, administration, operations management or related field.
- 3 to 5 years' experience in logistics, customer service or production coordination in a manufacturing environment.
- Mastery of IT tools: ERP, order management software, Excel, Office suite.
- Bilingualism (French and English) required to interact with customers and suppliers.
- Experience in an industrial or heavy industry sector (an asset).
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems quickly.
