What you’ll do:
Develop your own and other’s knowledge about the entire SOTI One Platform product portfolio, not limited to MobiControl and inclusive of other MDM / EMM platforms as applicable.
Understanding of the company's products, target market, sales tools, and processes.
Provide ongoing training and coaching to new hires to accelerate their ramp-up time and ensure their success.
Delivering practical and theoretical sales training sessions, the candidate will take an active and responsive mentoring role in developing and disseminating knowledge to internal and external technical global audiences, which may include partners/customers/end users.
Deliver engaging and impactful sales training to educate and empower sales representatives in various selling techniques, value proposition, and product/technical knowledge.
Engage and facilitate audiences face to face as well as virtually.
Identify knowledge gaps and areas for improvement within the sales team, ensuring training programs and coaching are tailored to address specific needs.
Utilize training materials, including presentations, role plays, case studies, and e-learning modules, to ensure effective delivery and knowledge retention.
Deliver training sessions and demos in an engaging and interactive manner, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques, tools, and technologies to accommodate different learning styles.
Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to sales representatives, offering guidance, support, and personalized feedback to help improve their sales skills, confidence, and overall performance.
Implement and reinforce sales methodologies and best practices, with a particular focus on value selling techniques, demo skills, through continuous coaching and reinforcement activities.
Provide coaching and performance feedback to sales representatives, maximizing training impact and scalability.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies related to SOTI's product offerings, incorporating, and updating training content and coaching strategies accordingly.
Awareness of the different contractual relationships between partners and SOTI, the limitations/operational parameters governing what can be shared with each partner.
Be flexible at times to deliver to global time zones.
Experience you’ll bring:
3+ years of experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
Knowledge of training, sales process, value selling methodologies and best practices
Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.
Demonstrated problem solving ability and critical thinking skills.
Strategic and creating thinking skills as demonstrated through developing / enhancing new programs and initiatives that positively impacted achievement of organisational objectives.
Coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop sales representatives to achieve their full potential.
Strong relationship building, communication skills (both verbal and written), attention to detail.
Passion for technology and the ability to quickly grasp, troubleshoot, simplify, and communicate technical concepts to salespeople.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and impactful training sessions that resonate with the audience.
Familiarity with sales methodologies, continuous improvement methodologies and applications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, coordinate, and prioritize training initiatives effectively.
Self-motivated and proactive with a continuous learning mindset, interested in staying updated on industry trends, sales methodologies, and best practices in training and coaching.
