Job Title: Senior Product Designer

Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

Work Model: Hybrid, 3 days in-office minimum; additional occasional/or regular in-office days may be required to support your team.

What We’re Looking For:

What you’ll do

• Creative UI/UX: Design engaging web and mobile app user interfaces for enterprise-level solutions tailored to the unique requirements of our customers and partners, considering intricate workflows, scalability, and customizations.
• Visual Consistency & Branding: Maintain visual consistency while incorporating branding elements, ensuring a cohesive and professional look and feel across the product.
• Prototyping: Create prototypes, ensuring usability and functionality across various business scenarios.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design strategies with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Accessibility & Compliance: Ensure designs adhere to industry accessibility standards, compliance requirements, and security protocols crucial for our products.
• Competitive Analysis: Analyze the competition and what’s there in the market, gather insights, and translate them into intuitive design solutions that address our complex business needs.
• Documentation & Presentation: Create comprehensive design documentation and effectively communicate design rationale and decisions to stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or college certificate in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field with 6+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience in creating visually stunning designs, showcasing projects focused on various aspects of interfaces including but not limited to components, icons, and illustrations.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc., and familiarity with enterprise design software and tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, usability, accessibility, and complex user interactions.
• Experience creating intricate user journeys that involve many moving parts
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts and decisions to diverse stakeholders.
• Detailed knowledge of usability best practices.
• Experience in design from concept to completion for smartphones, tablets, and desktops.
• Solid design portfolio
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational, logical, and analytical skills
• Creative, open-minded, and comfortable dealing with uncertainty in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to continually learn and share knowledge
