In this position, you will have the opportunity to :
- Support recruitment teams (job posting, validations, etc.)
- Coordinate reception & integration activities for new employees
- Enter data into the candidate database and ensure updates in the system
- Participate in the organization of employee recognition activities (years of service, draws, 5@7 social events, BBQs, retirement parties, etc.).
- Write and publish press releases on the corporate Intranet
- Act as receptionist, greeting visitors, distributing mail and performing other administrative tasks
- Participate in initiatives to improve Human Resources tools and practices
- Respond to requests from internal customers and/or various departments
With the following skills and qualities, you'll be successful in this role:
- AEC in Human Resources or other administrative support training combined with relevant experience
- Fluency in English to respond to our English-speaking visitors
- Proficiency with Ms Office software (Outlook, Word and Excel)
