Mission As a Process Technician in our foundry, you will be at the heart of our performance, ensuring that every part meets the highest industry standards. Your role will be to provide technical support to the various production centers. Among other things, you will be responsible for monitoring the different manufacturing processes and supporting the team in solving certain problems. Your expertise will be essential to maintain and improve the quality of our products throughout the entire supply chain!

In this position, you will have the opportunity to :
- Monitor the various manufacturing and metallurgy processes and implement corrective actions as needed
- Perform different types of analyses on foundry sands and apply the necessary corrections based on the results
- Support certain internal projects (product development and process improvement)
- Prepare work instructions and write specific reports for clients
- Carry out dimensional and geometric inspections using digital equipment
- Calibrate equipment
- Train production employees
- Perform any other tasks deemed relevant to properly support the team
- Relevant college education (metallurgy, chemistry, mechanics, or other)
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong ability to influence and make decisions
- Must demonstrate a high sense of responsibility and autonomy
- Customer service-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
