- Provide employees with a participative management style within a human-centered corporate culture.
- Support your team in achieving OHS, quality and production performance objectives
- Monitor performance indicators, inform your manager of any discrepancies and propose solutions
- Distribute and assign tasks to employees, with the support of your team leader.
- Follow up on the induction of new employees on your shift and monitor their development closely
- Evaluate your employees' performance and take supportive or disciplinary action in the event of deviations in performance and/or behavior.
- Validate employee pay hours on a weekly basis
- Ensure proper communication of relevant information to supervisors on other shifts
