Job description:
Reporting to the Inventory & merchandising Manager, the night Manager occupies a critical position enabling the organization to achieve its objectives. Having a background in inventory and/or merchandising, the desired candidate is ambitious, eager for success and results, has inventory and/or merchandising experience, management experience, the ability to execute inventory & merchandising daily operations, leads and motivate the night stock team and ultimately demonstrates a passion for the tool industry. Demonstrating a desire to achieve high levels of standards, the night stock Lead has a need to elevate customer service experience by following establish procedures. The quality of customer service and the customer experience is his first priority.
Main responsibilities:
• Demonstrate daily management skills to support and motivate the inventory & merchandising team.
• Manage team priority to bring merchandises to cash station with efficiency for customers.
• Move merchandise from Warehouse/receiving to the floor and overstocks areas with the team.
• Sales oriented, he has the ability to make the merchandise attractive and easy to shop for customers in order to fulfill purchaser needs.
• Have the ability to plan team tasks according to management needs.
• Validate tool types reports for pricing accuracy and assigning homes for inventory.
• Will be preparing/printing and installing price tags and promotions.
• Easy to work with and collaborative.
• Ensure company standards are followed by the team regarding inventory management and price tagging.
• All other tasks ask by management team.
Experience
• All inventory & merchandising experience will be considered.
• All management experience will be considered.
• Must be interested in the tool industry, knowledgeable will be consider as an asset.
• Must have the ability to work in an organized manner, have a work ethic where judgment, logical reasoning and initiative are advocated and used daily.
• Inventory management knowledge will be considered as an asset.
• Must be able to adapt to changes, delays, and unforeseen events in a positive and professional manner.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
Skills

This is a full-time, permanent position, 40 hours/week, the 5-day work week includes 2 days off per week, Sunday (closed) and one day during the week.
This role is working on evening shift from 3:30 to midnight.
