Sunnybrook currently has a temporary, full time opportunity for a Project Manager in our Information Services department. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation of Microsoft 365 across our organization. The person will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. To be successful in this role, the Project Manager should be well-organized, have great time management skills. Ultimately, the role will contribute to the efficiency of the project by proving excellent support and Leadership.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Complete assigned projects on time and on budget;
• Project Documentation & Stakeholder Alignment
• Strategic Project Planning
• Establish and manage governance structures required for successful project implementation;
• Complete comprehensive project control documentation throughout the project life cycle;
• Manage vendors required to ensure successful project completion;
• Develop and manage detailed work plans, schedules, project budget estimates and resource plans required for successful project completion;
• Escalate project issues and risks to Director in a timely manner; and
• Lead project and functional team meetings as required to monitor progress and challenges of projects.
• Tracking Project Progress to Administration Functions
• Meeting Management and Calendering
• Meeting notes and project documentation, follow up
• Management of Collection and Delivery of sensitive documents
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
• Proven experience as a Project Manager
• Experience in managing Microsoft 365 implementation projects
• Proactive in managing multiple projects and teams of resources
• University degree required in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Sciences)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or certification in process is required.
• Minimum three years of experience in a Project is required
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies is required.
• Experience with vendor and team relations and excellent change management skills are required
• Experience with MS Office and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio is required.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is an asset.
• Knowledge of MS Sharepoint is an asset.
