Analog Circuit Design Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative analog & mixed-signal engineering intern with strong theoretical and practical background in circuit design. You will be working as part of a highly experienced mixed-signal design team and you will be involved in verifying current and next generation Backplane Ethernet, PCIe, SATA, and USB 2/3 SERDES products. The position offers an excellent opportunity to work with an expert team of digital and mixed signal engineers responsible for delivering high-end mixed-signal designs.

We're looking for a May 2025 start, ideally for 16 months (if you're pursuing your BS). If you're a MS student, we can be flexible on duration depending on your school schedule.

Key Qualifications

* Pursuing a degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or similar field

* Familiarity with UNIX operating systems

* Familiarity with one or more analog/mixed-signal IC design CAD packages

* Experience with analog circuit simulator(s)

* Experience with analog IC layout tools

* Scripting language(s): PERL, python, TCL

* Ability to analyze and organize data

* Organizational skills essential

Preferred Experience

* Runs block level circuit simulations

* Works with layout team in implement circuit designs

* Analyzes and summarize simulation results

* Writes circuit test benches

* Codes scripts to manipulate data and audit

* Develops release collateral, including behavioral and timing views of custom circuits
