You Are:

You are a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a passion for maintaining data integrity and supporting HR processes. With a deep understanding of HR systems and policies, you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can provide high-level support to end-users, including the global Synopsys workforce and pre-hires. Your excellent communication skills enable you to serve as a liaison between the HRSC team and HR Centers of Excellence, ensuring a clear understanding of processes and changes. You are adept at troubleshooting and serve as an escalation point for regional teams on system and process questions. Your commitment to continuous improvement drives you to create and update training documentation and effectively train new hires. You are proactive in reporting feedback metrics and identifying issues that require special attention. Your ability to run high-frequency reports and collaborate with reporting leads ensures accurate and timely data management.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Maintaining data integrity of workforce data in HR systems through onboarding processing, approval workflows, file uploads, and reporting.
  • Developing the necessary knowledge and expertise of HR systems and policies to provide high-level process support to end-users.
  • Serving as a liaison for the HRSC team to collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure a clear understanding of processes and changes.
  • Acting as an escalation point for regional teams on system and process questions.
  • Creating and updating training documentation on supported processes and procedures.
  • Training new hires with documentation and “side by side†collaboration.
  • Reporting Synopsys Assist feedback metrics with the team and identifying issues that need special attention.
  • Running a specific set of high-frequency reports.
  • Collaborating with reporting leads (HRIS/HR Rep) on all data requests to determine need, permissions, duplications, and priority.
