You Are:

As a seasoned R&D Engineer, you possess deep expertise in electromagnetics and advanced extraction tools, specializing in the design and development of high-speed SERDES products. Your proficiency ensures the creation of cutting-edge solutions that deliver exceptional performance and reliability.

With over a decade of experience in CMOS, FinFET, and GAA technologies, you have honed your skills in using advanced tools like Helic, HFSS or ADS. Your expertise extends to developing sophisticated electromagnetic extraction and simulation methodologies, ensuring the integrity and performance of products operating in the 10Gbps to 500Gbps range.

Your problem-solving skills are exceptional, allowing you to define pragmatic solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Define and develop electromagnetic extraction and simulation flows for the state of the art 3DIC designs and SERDES products operating from 10Gbps to 500Gbps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve electromagnetic issues.
• Provide technical expertise in the use of Helic, HFSS, and ADS tools.
• Lead and contribute to the design and methodology team to enhance product performance.
• Ensure effective deployment of solutions in collaboration with other domain experts.
• Analyze challenges fundamentally and define pragmatic and practical solutions.

What You’ll Need:

• Proficiency in Helic, HFSS, and ADS tools.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in CMOS, FinFET, and GAA technologies.
• Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory and its application in high-speed product design.
• Ability to develop and implement electromagnetic extraction and simulation methodologies.
• Acumen to analyze challenges fundamentally and define pragmatic and practical solutions.
• Experience with RF spice simulations and awareness of the settings required in simulation to run cases that utilize the models output by electromagnetic extraction tools.
