You are a proactive team player with excellent communication skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams to drive projects to success.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Creating test plans and developing ATE test programs/software.
  • Developing test coverage for critical device functions and parameters, understanding DC and AC specifications, and implementing test limit guard-banding methods.
  • Investigating functional and reliability issues, following up on silicon performance concerns, and driving Failure Analysis (F/A) projects to root cause.
  • Reviewing NVM/OTP IP designs for testability and advising on Design for Test (DFT) improvements.
  • Specifying and supervising the design of ATE and burn-in boards.
  • Developing scripts to automate workflows and perform statistical summaries of test data, creating graphs, performance/reliability models, and silicon test reports.
The Impact You Will Have:

  • Contributing to the development of high-quality silicon chips that meet industry standards and customer expectations.
  • Driving continuous improvement in test methodologies and processes, enhancing overall product quality.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address and resolve test-related issues, ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Providing valuable insights and feedback to design teams, promoting design improvements and innovations.
  • Creating comprehensive test reports that inform decision-making and further development efforts.
What You’ll Need:
  • BS/MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor product/test engineering, with a preference for NVM experience.
  • Strong knowledge of memory fault models and test methods for detection.
  • Experience with memory ATE testers (Credence Kalos 2 preferred), automated handlers, oscilloscopes, micro-probing, and other semiconductor lab equipment.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C, Python, and Perl, and experience with memory pattern algorithm code for ATE MTO/ALPG hardware.
Who You Are:
  • A proactive team player with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • A problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while also thriving in collaborative team environments.
  • Adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Enthusiastic about continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
