What we're looking for: The person in the digital account coordinator role plays a central part in the team's success by providing essential support in coordinating initiatives, updating tools and materials, and efficiently executing related administrative tasks.

The primary goal of this role is to enable the Consulting Services team members to fully focus on business development and strategic client management by relieving them of administrative and organizational activities.

Through proactive collaboration, the individual ensures that all documents, files, and templates used by the team are up-to-date and aligned with Tink’s quality standards.

You will play a key role in optimizing processes, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, while contributing to enhancing the team's overall impact and performance.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:You will have the opportunity to:

  • Plan, organize, and follow up on internal and external meetings, including logistics (reservations, equipment, materials).
  • Coordinate schedules for Consulting Services management members and organize travel arrangements as needed.
  • Manage a business development, achievements, and communications calendar of events and editorial activities.
  • Handle emails, calls, and communications related to quote requests and other client inquiries.
  • Maintain CRM data, including tracking leads, opportunities, and activity reports.
  • Coordinate prospecting activities, commercial proposals, and assist in RFPs, supporting the Consulting Services directors.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables by performing reviews and validations before client submissions.
  • Update tools, operational guides, and sales templates, as well as service offering visuals and project sheets.
  • Coordinate small internal business development projects, such as media campaigns, videos, or contests, in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, particularly by optimizing workflows related to deliverables and commercial proposals.
  • Organize and archive sales and client-related documents, ensuring easy access to key information.
  • Prepare expense allocations.
  • Make time adjustments and transfers between projects.
  • Draft internal communications.
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external events (training, networking, launches), collaborating with stakeholders and adhering to established budgets.
  • Manage logistics, including venue selection, invitations, and follow-ups with suppliers.

Required Qualifications and Characteristics:To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an agency or sales team.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and task prioritization skills.
  • Strong ability to draft and review clear and engaging documents.
  • Proficiency in collaborative and task management tools (Microsoft Office, Teams, CRM, etc.), particularly in formatting and maintaining brand, templates, and styles in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to effectively meet deadlines while adapting to urgent requests.
  • A proactive approach to anticipating team needs and proposing relevant solutions.
  • Interest in web, digital marketing, business development, and web technologies (an asset).
  • Experience in event organization or marketing campaigns (an asset).
  • Experience in coordination and/or administrative support for business development (an asset).
  • A degree in administration, office management, or a related field.
  • Excellent proficiency in French, both written and spoken, is required, with functional English being an asset.
