Our commitment to the community is deeply rooted in our DNA. We strive to make a positive difference by supporting various social causes and community organizations.

Green Squad

In addition, in 2019, the Green Squad was formed by employees to implement environmentally friendly practices and raise awareness among all collaborators at Tink. 

Our main objective: make Tink more environmentally friendly by reducing our carbon footprint and encouraging behavioral changes among Tinkers, thus promoting eco-responsible behaviors within the company.

Since then, we have taken several initiatives:

  • Elimination of plastic
  • Waste reduction
  • Replacement of cleaning products with organic ones
  • Improvement of our practices in terms of local purchases
  • Eco-friendly company events and activities
  • Education of our employees on good environmental practices with tips in our monthly newsletters.
  • Implementation of eco-design principles in our development projects
  • Reuse of certain materials for the new configuration of spaces at Tink
  • Adoption of internal eco-responsible policies
  • Eco-responsible management of end-of-life electronics
  • Location of Tink in a sustainable and environmentally friendly building
