What we're looking for:We are looking for a Web and Digital Content Producer.

Your main role will be to design, write, and adapt creative and captivating digital content for our clients. Working closely with the strategy and creative teams, you will play a key role in developing innovative concepts and optimizing messages for various digital media and platforms.

Your objective will be to produce relevant and engaging content that resonates with target audiences, while ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. Job Tasks and Responsibilities:You will have the opportunity to:
  • Design and write digital content adapted to different platforms (websites, blogs, social media, bulletins, etc.) while respecting the brand’s tone and voice.
  • Advise and brainstorm with clients to propose content improvements.
  • Actively participate in the creation of creative concepts for digital projects.
  • Collaborate with content strategists to define and refine key messages, and with design teams to integrate content into visuals.
  • Ensure SEO optimization of content and contribute to editorial calendar planning.
  • Analyze content performance and suggest optimizations based on data.
  • Conduct research and analyses to ensure content aligns with trends and best practices.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and generate new content ideas.
  • Enhance user experience by writing microcopy (UX writing) for web functionalities.
  • Adapt content based on client feedback and internal team input.

Required Qualifications and Characteristics:To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in digital content creation and writing.
  • Proficiency in writing clear, engaging, and optimized web content.
  • A strong interest in the pharmaceutical, beauty, and cosmetics industries.
  • The ability to create creative concepts that align with client objectives.
  • A good understanding of SEO practices and performance analysis tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Semji, etc.).
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Great attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related field (communications, marketing, etc.).
  • Excellent written French and good English skills for writing and communicating with our English-speaking clients.
