What We Are Looking For:
At Tink, marketing and communications are at the heart of our B2B strategy, driving our sales efforts. We’re seeking a passionate, organized, and creative individual to lead our marketing and communication initiatives with excellence.

As a Marketing and Communications Advisor, you’ll be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering all B2B, digital, and communication marketing initiatives for the company.

Although you’ll be the sole person in this role, rest assured, you won’t be working alone! You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team and dedicated colleagues ready to support you. Reporting to the Senior Director of Consulting Services and the Vice President of Consulting Services, Marketing, and Strategy, you’ll be the company’s go-to marketing and communications expert. Your role will make you an essential resource at Tink, working closely with various departments to promote our brand, optimize our online presence, and enhance audience engagement. In short, it’s a pivotal role that balances strategy and execution perfectly.

Oh, and one more thing: you’ll also be the key person responsible for our website. No pressure-just an exciting mission to make it shine as a true web star. The goal? To be nothing less than Wow! Because at Tink, that’s what we’re all about.

A perfect fit for your professional aspirations if:
  • You have a natural leadership style and a passion for managing projects from start to finish.
  • You’re the kind of person who delivers projects, not just plans them (post-its are great, but results are even better).
  • You thrive in a role with lots of autonomy but also enjoy collaborating with a team to achieve your goals.
  • People describe you as structured and organized, with the ability to manage deadlines like a pro.
  • Your creative side always finds innovative solutions to create value.
  • A dynamic and ever-changing environment energizes you, and you perform well under pressure.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the annual planning of marketing and communication activities.
  • Execute the annual marketing plan and manage the associated budget.
  • Continuously measure the impact of our marketing efforts.
  • Deliver innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
  • Oversee and manage the company website (updates, optimization, and growth-handled with care).
  • Develop integrated digital marketing strategies.
  • Manage the editorial calendar, write and produce engaging content for social media and our online community (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, BlueSky, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Oversee donations, sponsorships, events, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support business cycles and with HR/recruitment to strengthen our employer brand.
  • Supervise and produce newsletters (internal and client-facing), press releases, and more.

Required Qualifications and Characteristics:
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication marketing (or equivalent training).
  • Solid experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Expertise in digital tools and social media platforms (you know them all: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • A genuine passion for social media and staying on top of new trends.
  • Proficiency in office tools like MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, resourcefulness, autonomy, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent writing skills paired with boundless creativity.
  • A knack for handling pressure and juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in French, both spoken and written, with a good command of English (many of our clients speak English).

What we offer:
  • Competitive salary;
  • 37.5-hour workweek with flexible hybrid schedule (2 office days per week required);
  • Hybrid work model;
  • Summer hours;
  • Paid vacation and sick leave;
  • Group insurance;
  • Contribution to a collective RRSP;
  • Free access to a gym;
  • Telemedicine and employee assistance program;
  • Renowned clients and large-scale projects;
  • Modern and diverse technologies;
  • Career advancement opportunities;
  • Reimbursement for training and development activities;
  • Social events and activities;
  • Experienced colleagues and diverse areas of expertise.
