What we're looking for:

We are looking for a Web Integrator (Email Marketing). In addition to the web integration role, you will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and optimizing our clients' newsletters.

If you are passionate about digital creation, web design, and integrating various digital elements such as banners, newsletters, contests, microsites, and web promotional campaigns, we want to meet you!

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

You will have the opportunity to:
  • Create newsletters, animated banners, variations of advertising campaigns, etc., for various clients.
  • Design, adapt, and produce web content according to the concepts and standards defined by the company, using appropriate tools and software while respecting client expectations, deadlines, and allocated budgets.
  • Create and slice mockups.
  • Perform web and content integration.
  • Make modifications and updates to information on websites.
  • Configure and deploy newsletters produced for our clients.
  • Ensure delivery of email campaigns.
  • Develop and configure automated campaigns.
  • Update and maintain data integrity.
  • Plan, integrate, tag, test, and code newsletters (HTML).
  • Ensure quality control across all major email providers (mobile and desktop) to guarantee proper content presentation.

Required Qualifications and Characteristics:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in web integration and digital design.
  • Work experience in a web environment.
  • Experience working in a multi-project environment.
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of content management tools (CMS) and email marketing platforms (SAP, Dialog Insight, Salesforce...).
  • Skills in the following technologies: HTML5, CSS3, Excel; Photoshop, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience with database models.
  • Strong attention to detail, open-mindedness, and thoroughness.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing project guidelines.
  • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
  • Since communication with English-speaking clients is required, functional English is necessary for this position.
