Description
TLA Online is seeking two teachers with experience and a passion for teaching elementary aged children in a blended, project based environment. The positions are in multi-age classrooms in grades K-7 (likely spanning only two or more grades) and involve two days per week of classroom teaching.
Our pay model is based on student numbers, so in our Blended programs, two days a week of teaching may work out to up to a 1.0 FTE position, with the non-classroom days spent working from home or any remote location.
Potential candidates must:
Be a committed Christian
Be a BC certified Teacher
Experience working or learning in a project-based or online environment is an asset but not a requirement.
Duties include:
Working with students and parents online and face to face to ensure they meet the BC learning standards.
