CONDITIONS

  • Schedule: 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM (open to discussion)
  • Work Model: Hybrid (Up to 4 days remote)
  • Salary at hiring: $24.66 to $28/hour depending on experience.

MISSION

  • Provide customer service on our online sales platforms and ensure its excellence!

DESCRIPTION

  • Independently offer efficient and courteous customer service, aligned with the industry's best practices.
  • Ensure Transit maintains its reputation for excellence in online customer service.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly.
  • Continuously improve customer service to boost sales and foster customer loyalty.
  • Participate in the development and achievement of monthly KPIs.
  • Become an expert on sales and support platforms (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.), stay updated on new features, and optimize our usage.
  • When necessary, enter orders, provide tracking numbers, and update inventory on web platforms.
  • Provide accurate information for all product-related inquiries to convert users into customers.
  • Efficiently and courteously handle, process, and resolve product returns and claims.
  • Address customer complaints and take action to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate and relay all relevant information to the appropriate departments.
  • Know the products and services offered by Transit and continuously improve your expertise in automotive parts.

Requested skills

TO JOIN OUR TEAM, YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Experience in web-based customer service (an asset).
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts (an asset).
  • Expert-level proficiency in French.
  • Expert-level proficiency in English (as you will regularly communicate with English speaking customers).
  • Proficiency in Spanish (an asset).
