PRODUCTION MANAGER

Mobilizer and Change Creator

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Production Manager will play a key role in the organization and management of its growth. More specifically, the main responsibilities of the Production Manager will include:

Technical Work Supervision:
  • Monitoring production budgets
  • Ensuring delivery deadlines are met
  • Managing quality
  • Following up on non-conformities
  • Resolving operational issues
Personnel Management:
  • Recruitment and ongoing training
  • Internal versatility program
  • Assigning resources by project
  • Managing work schedules
  • Supervising resource utilization and productivity
Continuous Improvements:
  • Enhancing the factory and workspace
  • Optimizing processes and work tools
  • Assessing investments in equipment, tools, and machinery
  • Improving the manufacturing and assembly process
  • Developing best practices
  • Leading special projects with management
Health and Safety:
  • Overseeing equipment and building maintenance
  • Ensuring a healthy and safe work environment for all

Requested skills

PROFILE SOUGHT:
  • Education: Degree in engineering, production management, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the manufacturing industry
  • Language: Strong proficiency in French and functional English, both spoken and written
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
