Benefits


  • Maintenance, repair and operation of mechanical, plumbing and electrical equipment and systems
  • Provide general financial management services, including continuous facility monitoring, predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance, maintenance routines, equipment tours and service requests, as directed
  • Perform general facility maintenance tasks such as lamp/ballast replacement, general repairs and other maintenance tasks
  • Use the JLL Preventative Maintenance Program to perform maintenance tasks
  • Follow established work standards and practices to ensure a safe work environment
  • Perform emergency repairs or preventative maintenance outside of working hours, including nights and weekends
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors on installations, preventative maintenance, repairs, and construction/alterations, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to the Engineering Services Compliance Program
  • Foster teamwork and cooperation, promote performance excellence and support customer success
  • Respond to work orders in a timely manner, ensure compliance with KPIs and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist in sourcing suppliers and services as needed
  • Support customer relationship management and ensure compliance with the customer contract and key performance indicators

Requested skills

  • Au moins 4 ans d’expérience dans l’exploitation de bâtiments, un diplôme d’études secondaires et, idéalement, deux ans d’études professionnelles en conception de systèmes électriques, en réfrigération ou en CVC.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication, y compris la capacité de lire, de comprendre et de rédiger la correspondance et les instructions
  • Habiletés de base en mathématiques avec capacité de faire des calculs et de préparer des modèles d’économie d’énergie
  • Capacité physique à exécuter les fonctions essentielles du poste, y compris marcher, se tenir debout, atteindre, grimper, soulever et déplacer des objets lourds
  • Solides aptitudes en résolution de problèmes et capacité de travailler de façon autonome
  • Maîtrise du fonctionnement des outils manuels et électriques, de la lecture des compteurs numériques et de l’interprétation des plans et schémas
  • Solides compétences en informatique, y compris Microsoft Office et d’autres logiciels standards
  • Le bilinguisme (français / anglais) est un atout, mais pas obligatoire
