Your role

Are you passionate about analyzing numbers, CRM software, and always looking for ways to optimize the sales machine and distribution network? Do you want to play a key role between business strategy and production? Then this job is for you!

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be at the heart of our commercial ecosystem. Your job will be to analyze, structure, and optimize the sales team's performance using CRM data. You will also work closely with production to ensure perfect alignment through SnOP (Sales & Operations Planning) and the distribution of our batteries.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret CRM data to track sales performance and identify trends.
• Optimize business processes, propose data-driven strategies, and improve the efficiency of the sales teams.
• Translate generated revenue into clear indicators for management and other departments.
• Collaborate with production to adjust planning and ensure alignment between sales and operational capacity.
• Manage SnOP by facilitating communication between sales and production to avoid shortages or surpluses.
• Monitor inventory and distribution closely.
• Manage and improve the CRM system, ensuring data is reliable and well-utilized by the team.
