Clinical Research Manager

Position Summary

Working under the direction of the UHN Clinical Research Executive Chair(s), the Clinical Research Manager brings expertise in program management and development, building and managing teams, implementing operations, and overseeing and planning the operational budgets. In addition, the incumbent participates in project design and developing and maintaining to ensure deliverables keep on track and meet deadlines.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the clinical research refresh according to UHN’s strategic plan. This position will utilize knowledge of translational project management to lead moderate to complex projects including working closely with the site Clinical Research Units (CRU’s) . The incumbent will be responsible for planning, developing and coordination of all aspects of multiple projects including monitoring the deliverables; working with delegates from the EVP office to understand project goals, challenges and priorities to develop, socialize and manage multi-year strategy, liaise with collaborative internal counterparts (UHN Clinical Research Units) and stakeholders and collaborate with key appoints in each business unit to consolidate feedback, strategic direction and ensure unified execution.
