This program provides formal learning opportunities for veterinary students, continuing education for practicing veterinarians, and professional development for the dairy industry on topics related to dairy cattle care and welfare.

The Manager of the Saputo Dairy Care Program will help to develop and update the content and teaching materials, organize field visits and wet labs and work with faculty in Population Medicine to teach a portion of this rotation. The Manager will also collaborate with Dairy Farmers of Ontario for potential training needs for producers and veterinarians related to proAction.
