Grace Village is a renowned residential center for seniors, dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care. We are seeking a Director of Corporate Services to lead and oversee our financial, administrative, IT, quality assurance, and accreditation operations.
Position Summary
The Director of Corporate Services is a vital member of the leadership team, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and efficient service coordination to support our mission.
The ideal candidate is an innovative leader, skilled in fostering collaboration and achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial, administrative, and IT operations, optimizing processes.
- Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and compensation analyses.
- Ensure compliance with provincial and federal regulatory agencies.
- Lead IT strategies and ensure secure operational support.
- Implement annual Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) plans.
- Facilitate accreditation inspections and resolve non-compliance issues.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and departments to meet administrative needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Professional accounting designation (CA, CPA, CMA) is an asset.
- 3-5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
