The Waterloo Catholic District School Board with a total student population of 38,000, provides services to students in 50 schools (Kindergarten to Grade 12) across the Waterloo Region.

Dates: October 30, 2024 - December 19, 2024

(Monday - Friday)

Subject(s): Senior English

Time: 8:45 AM - 3:30 PM with a 45 min unpaid lunch

Location: St. Louis Adult Learning and Continuing Education

Centers, 80 Young St. Kitchener

Format: Compressed Schedule

General Description of Duties:

Follow lesson plans and deliver curriculum to students

Use a variety of instructional strategies

Evaluate student progress and provide ongoing feedback to students

Teaching a compressed schedule in core subjects

Minimum Requirements:

Hold a current Ontario College of Teachers Certificate of Qualification

Have senior qualifications in the subject area

Desirable Assets:

Previous teaching experience

Salary Level : $47.27/hour plus stat and vacation = $50.83/hour (under review)
