We are looking for a Marketing Manager to develop the strategy and oversee implementation for 4P initiatives to drive customer acquisition and growth. A unique opportunity to be responsible for the end to end, from strategy development to campaign planning, offer development, execution, and reporting. This position requires a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic changing environment, has a strong sense of ownership, and is excited to contribute to an exciting and collaborative work environment.

You’ll work with a cross section of teams and stakeholders across the Xplore organization. You will be the central figure by developing the approach, across all 4P pillars, and will be supported by the Marketing Director to bring this to market with excellence. As a natural proactive leader, you will work with multiple stakeholders and business units to drive awareness of these programs, evolving the program to meet current market dynamics while also delivering exceptional business outcomes. You will play a critical role in our base management strategy, embracing ambiguity and initiating opportunities to develop this role to its full potential.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support the end-to-end strategy, developing 4P approaches and leading the implementation of these, for all customer acquisition initiatives
• Innovate and constantly think of new ideas and approaches that push the portfolio forward and achieve better results
• Work closely with the Marketing Team - inputting into overall campaign planning, execution, and channel enablement
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze performance, distill insights for leaders, identify opportunities for improvement, and to gain leadership buy-in to develop net new initiatives
• Design presentations with a strong story and provide a clear, confident delivery to various levels of team members, including senior leadership

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in telecom consumer businesses
• A self-starter with initiative and the flexibility to handle ambiguity
• Experience garnering buy-in from all levels of a large organization including senior leadership by leveraging your strong storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders that enable the successful co-creation of initiatives that yield positive outcomes to the business
• Excellent attention to detail with an ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and programs efficiently
• Experience using analytic tools to interpret data and make recommendations - able to prove what is (or isn’t) working
• Extensive experience leading cross functional teams on projects or campaigns
• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing

As a condition of employment and in order to comply with industry related data security standards, this position is subject to the successful completion of a Criminal Background Check. Details will be supplied to applicants as they move through the selection process.

Xplore is committed to creating an accessible environment and will accommodate disabilities during the selection process. Please let your recruiter know during the selection process of any accommodation needs.
