Yuzu Sushi is currently looking for a manager for the Yuzu St-HUbert . Possibility of investment in order to become co-owner of the franchise.

The manager is the conductor of restaurant operations. As a manager, you will be responsible for managing operations, managing human resources and managing customer service. You will be the resource person for your employees as well as for your customers, and will have to ensure that the standards and procedures in force are respected.

More specifically the manager:

Operations management :
  • Participate in the daily tasks of operations;
  • Track operating costs;
  • Take inventory and place orders;
  • Carry out control rounds;
  • Carry out promotional activities;
  • Manages other administrative activities;

Human Resource Management :
  • See to the management of his team (distribution of work, performance evaluation, management of labor relations, etc.);
  • Ensure that the training of your employees is adequate;
  • Manages weekly schedules;
  • Performs the recruiting process.

Customer service management:
  • Ensures customer satisfaction;
  • Responds to customer complaints

Performs all other tasks required by the nature of his duties.
