Job Description:
The Accounting Technician plays a key role in the financial and accounting management of the company. They ensure accurate tracking of accounting operations, process payments, and coordinate between departments to maintain efficiency and precision in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting Operations Management

    • Proficiently use and manage the company's accounting software (Microsoft Great Plains / Dynamics GP).
    • Perform daily accounting entries and month-end adjustments.
    • Record customer payments and ensure proper accounts receivable follow-up.
  • Payments and Supplier Management

    • Process payments to various suppliers while adhering to deadlines and established procedures.
    • Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly tax declarations.
  • Financial Database Analysis and Development

    • Develop and maintain financial databases to support analysis and informed decision-making.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination

    • Ensure effective management and coordination between the company's different departments.
    • Monitor task progress and important files in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Payroll Management and Administrative Follow-Up

    • Prepare employee payroll using the Nethris platform, ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulations.
