Your Opportunity

We are actively seeking a Senior Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in supporting the growth of our assurance, tax and accounting service lines. As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you will drive strategic talent initiatives, enhance recruitment processes, and build a strong talent pipeline. This role offers flexibility to work from any of our offices across Canada.

  • Drive strategic sourcing and recruitment initiatives to attract top-tier talent for assigned client groups, which may include Accounting, Tax, or Assurance service lines, leveraging a business partnership approach to define evolving talent needs.
  • Develop and implement data-driven sourcing strategies, utilizing analytics, market intelligence, and competitive insights to proactively identify and engage high-caliber candidates.
  • Establish and nurture strong external relationships with industry professionals, networks, and associations to strengthen the firm’s talent pipeline and employer brand.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing proactive consultation on talent acquisition strategies that align with short- and long-term business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to refine role specifications, incorporating market trends and data on in-demand skills to enhance decision-making.
  • Elevate the firm's employer brand by serving as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating our employee value proposition to attract and retain top talent.
  • Optimize recruitment processes and tools, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrate business acumen by aligning recruitment efforts with the firm's financial and strategic growth objectives, directly contributing to performance and profitability.

Your experience and education

  • You offer at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on strategic recruitment, sourcing and talent advisory. Corporate or professional services environment is preferred.
  • You are bilingual in English and French (both written and verbal). This role requires frequent communication with client groups, candidates, colleagues and other stakeholders across Canada, including the province of Quebec.
  • You bring advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You showcase exceptional strategic sourcing capabilities.
  • You offer strong collaboration and communication skills, allowing you to effectively partner with various stakeholders across the firm.
  • You are a proficient user of applicant tracking systems such as Workday Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
  • You are passionate and experienced in leveraging AI-driven recruitment technologies and automation tools.
