THE ROLEThe Community Recreation Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for the planning, organizing and delivering of community recreation activities. They act as a point of contact for internal and external customers. The Administrative Assistant receives and issues receipts for registration fees and prepares daily sales reports and retail accountability reports. The Administrative Assistant sets up and maintains manual and computerized information filing systems, and maintains and updates the membership database. They distribute brochures, publications and other community recreation promotional material.

Experience
In office administration
In basic accounting
In preparing sales reports

In reservation systems, an asset
