Description
CFMWS. A job with purpose. Our 4000+ person strong organization champions a healthy, fun, creative and active lifestyle for Canadian Armed Forces members, Veterans and their families. Help us deliver a variety of recreation and fitness programs, offer family support, organize charity events and make sure our members access retail, travel and banking discounts and customized financial services. At Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS), we love what we do. And we live it too.
THE ROLEWith 350 rooms and a maximum occupancy of 430, some of our guests are just passing through while others may stay for up to one year. This is no ordinary hotel operation. We are providing a service to the Canadian Armed Forces population, who are living, working and studying while staying with us.
The Front Desk Clerk maintains an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments. They register arriving guests and assign rooms. They answer enquiries regarding hotel services and registration, provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests' complaints.
