THE ROLEPSP Military Housing was created in 1961 to provide housing for Junior Non-Commissioned Members posted to the National Capital Region. PSP Military Housing consists of 519 three-bedroom townhouses and 26 three-bedroom bungalows.
The incumbent will be responsible for organizing and supervising administrative support to PSP Military Housing such as research, data entry and compilation, record keeping, creating reports, photocopying, internal/external correspondence, mass mailing distribution and follow-up action.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses
High school diploma
AND several years of experience in administration or a related field
Experience
In office administration
In accounts payable and receivable
In processing invoices
In basic accounting
In personnel administration
In data entry, data manipulation, record-keeping and retrieval techniques
In drafting correspondence and reports
In occupancy agreements / rental procedures
In using software for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases, e-mail, and Internet browsing.

OTHER INFORMATIONThis Category I unionized position is open to all interested parties. Preference will be granted in accordance with the Collective Agreement for the PSAC bargaining unit for CFMWS Category I employees at NPF Ottawa Headquarters & Canadian Forces Support Group (Ottawa-Gatineau).
This is an on-site position. Remote work may be required depending on health and safety considerations.
