Join our Generative AI team and shape the future of AI
In this role, you will lead a team of AI engineers and developers, setting the technical vision and architecture for generative AI projects. Your day will involve brainstorming innovative AI applications, prototyping new solutions, and transitioning them into scalable, production-ready products. You will provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members to ensure best practices in code quality and design. Engaging with stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into understandable insights and gathering feedback to inform project direction will also be key aspects of your day. Additionally, you will champion ethical AI development practices, ensuring compliance with data privacy laws and promoting transparency and fairness in AI models.
The Generative AI CoE is a dynamic and diverse team within Deloitte’s ITS organization, consisting of highly skilled professionals specializing in AI and machine learning. The team is composed of AI engineers, developers, and data scientists who collaborate closely to deliver cutting-edge generative AI solutions. You will report to a leader in AI Solutions Delivery and work alongside a team of talented individuals. Our team thrives on innovation, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration, fostering an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued and celebrated.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in AI and machine learning, with the last 2 years focused on generative AI.
- Proficient in AI and ML frameworks, Azure AI Stack, RAG, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, Python, C#, Angular, React, and REST APIs.
- A solid understanding of Azure OpenAI and other leading generative AI models from Anthropic, Meta, Google, and Amazon.
- Experience in designing and implementing enterprise search frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering, design, data science, and business development teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex product concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
