What will your typical day look like?

Success in this role look like:

  • Driving the activation & continuous improvement from voice of client, alliance and market insight.
  • Embedding the voice of clients, alliances and markets into our day-to-day actions and behaviour.
  • Influencing decision-making based on client, alliance and market intelligence.
  • Guiding a team of Senior Consultants to interpret and effectively communicate the 'so what'.
  • Possessing a strategic mindset, and experience influencing and managing change.

A typical day in this role involves:

  • Leading day-to-day insights and analytics activities.
  • Amplifying actionable insights for business, industry and account teams.
  • Disseminating best practices and lessons learned, leveraging technology for broader reach.
  • Continuously seeking new methods to capture feedback and expanding the scope collected.
  • Overseeing research efforts by collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers.
About the team

Market Sensing & Intelligence is a tightknit team that falls within the Relationships Office. We work directly with over 20 other people across the firm (and MANY more indirectly) to make this very important program a reality. We act very much like a start-up where we lend help where help is needed. Part of the benefit of being on a longer-term project is getting to know your team - the people, their stories, what drives them, and how we can all work together to help each other with our longer-term goals. Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone who has:

  • 5+ years of prior relevant experience (e.g. strategy design and execution, transformation programs, customer experience/insights). Overall minimum 5 years working professionally
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Quantitative Analysis (e.g. Sociology). Bonus: Master’s Degree
  • Program Design and Management: Effectively creating and executing research programs with broad network of process leads/managers; and track that work.
  • Analytic Capabilities: Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research design & execution. Bonus capability: experience with advanced quantitative methods (e.g. cluster analysis, factor analysis).
  • Reporting and Storytelling: Effectively plan and deliver clear and compelling stories through data visualization, bringing together diverse data streams using both Quant & Qual insights.
  • Ways of Working: Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment that requires effective priority setting, problem solving and clarifying/navigating ambiguities.
  • Communications: Able to communicate (orally and written) in concise/clear and compellingly way, as well as deliver effective presentations
  • Core technology capabilities: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables, lookup, cross referencing, etc.). Bonus capabilities: Proficiency with Qualtrics and/or Power BI

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
