The location in Meadow Lake, (Saskatchewan, Canada), is seeking talent to fill the position of Mechanical Engineering Technologist. This job is full-time permanent.
Responsibilities:
• Follows all safe work practices and procedures
• Preparation of mechanical, civil, and piping drawings
• Completion of non-destructive testing
• Providing assistance with projects.
• Expected to work closely with the maintenance trades
• Be willing to conduct field work.
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology
• Eligible for and maintain membership in SASTT
• Proficient computer skills are required, experience with AutoCad considered an asset.
• 5+ years experience desired in an industrial environment
• Highly motivated and able to work independently
• Good interpersonal skills as interaction with mill personnel and contractors is essential.
• Written communication and oral skills are required
