As the National Insurance Advisor/MGA Relationship Manager, you serve as the primary contact for over 30,000 advisors and 250+ MGAs across Canada (excluding Quebec). You build and strengthen strategic partnerships, support client retention, and drive growth by identifying new business opportunities. Through market research, competitor analysis, and field engagement, you help shape marketing strategies and promote Dynacare’s services. You lead training initiatives, support product rollouts, and act as a key liaison between the field and internal teams-ensuring clear communication and consistent delivery of value.

How YOU will make a difference:
- Service existing Advisor and MGAs to drive sustainable revenue growth and prospect to potential new Advisor and MGAs
- Oversee issue management and help manage issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction/retention
- Demonstrate strong analytical, technology and organizational skills to strategically plan, demonstrate Dynacare’s systems, tools and value-added services for new business and market opportunities
- Work with Insurance Sales Team, Success Manager and Director, Corporate Relations to identify and implement client-specific opportunities for new revenue
- Work with Marketing team to coordinate marketing program execution
- Analyze performance data and identify/champion opportunities and partner with Operations to resolve issues and improve service delivery
- Track and communicate performance leveraging existing scorecards and performance measures/metrics
- Analyze customer data, behaviours, and market intelligence to identify and address customer retention risks
- Oversee routine development and distribution of business reports to client accounts as appropriate
- Prepare and coordinate marketing campaigns, service promotion and trade shows
- Instrumental in developing marketing plans and strategies to enhance operations and competitive advantage
- Conduct competitor service and market research as required
- Collect valuable information and in turn communicate it to the Senior Management of Dynacare
- Maintain strong relationships with back-office personnel, branch and training managers, industry associations and other stakeholder groups.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on new clients, market share and penetration within assigned region
- Ensure all company report forms and information is completed accurately and submitted on schedule
- Maintain potential customer database and follow-up files
- Provide proactive customer-oriented services
- Ensure customer satisfaction through investigation and follow-up on concerns
- Provide professional support to all external and internal clients in answering inquiries and interpreting departmental information
What YOU bring to the role:
- Demonstrated analytical skills, able to strategically plan, to investigate new business and market opportunities
- Ability to develop, implement or improve customer relations services
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize work using time management skills and techniques
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (including Work, Excel, Outlook)
- Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or a related discipline
- 3 to 5 years of related experience
- Aptitude and skills to utilize a variety of computer / IT based systems and processes, including MS Office and web-based tools.
- Use of a personal car, along with a clean driver’s license is required. Willingness to travel frequently and independently within the region.
- Ability to adapt to and thrive within a team environment with competing and changing demands
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as demonstrated in ability to make persuasive presentations and ability to listen to client needs for solutions.
- Demonstrated success at building relationships, collaborating with a network of internal and external colleagues and subject matter experts
- Demonstrate gathering business intelligence on new business opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage, prioritize and collaborate in a team-oriented, high volume, time sensitive environment with changing demands to meet the needs of our customers
- Effective presentation, communication and time management skills.
- Confident and comfortable dealing with existing Customers
- A natural ability to connect with the market through networking and exposure.
