The Collection Analyst will maintain the Collections Database to completely reflect the status of customer collections activities and thereby ensure the database accurately represents risk exposure.

What You Will Do:
Assist in the design and development of systems, processes and enhancements to Collections in conjunction with the Customer Care Service Provider and the CIS Service Provider that will reduce costs and/or mitigate bad debt.
Responsible to prepare the supporting analysis to validate the actual Service Level performance as outlined in the CCSA, Change Orders and Change Requests related to Collections.
Perform and Prepare Ad-hoc analysis, reports, studies, surveys, etc. and reports to support the collection functions for Mass Market, Large Volume and Sundry Accounts.
Provide input and support regarding collections functionality.
Dialer Management: Monitor and manage the dialer system to ensure campaigns are performing optimally and in accordance with regulatory compliance requirements.
Data Analysis/Reporting: Analyze and report on data from dialer to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities to improve collection strategies.
Strategy Development: Assist in the development of dialer strategies based on data analysis completed and offer key insights in a timely manner.
Subject matter expert for projects which identify improvements and/or changes to applications functionality and provide insights into operational impacts for collections.
Back up critical tasks in collections.
Who You Are:
University degree or technical diploma with two (2) years experience of directly related experience or a combination of related certification and a minimum of five years directly related experience.
Analytical skills with an ability to work under pressure, prioritizing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills including the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Digital literacy as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of Customer Care functions, processes and policies preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Experience with SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite, CISCO Dialer.
Working Conditions (Optional):
This position typically operates in an office environment.
Periodic travel required.
